Joy Villa wows in pro-life dress at the Grammy's

American singer-songwriter, Joy Villa, made a brave pro-life statement on the red carpet at the Grammy’s on Sunday night with an unborn baby in the womb painted on her dress and a purse emblazoned with the words, "Choose Life." She told Fox News last night, "I'm a pro-life woman. This year I chose to make a statement on the red carpet like I always do" and "I'm all about life."

According to the star, her look was inspired by her own experience giving up a baby for adoption when she was 21 because of her strong belief that women should choose “adoption over abortion.”

“This is the best fashion statement ever to grace the red carpet,” pro-life advocates said in response. However, the British Pregnancy Advisory Service expressed that they were "saddened by Joy‎'s attitude to women's choice.”

The singer came under fire at the 2017 Grammys after wearing a pro-Trump dress to the ceremony.

Villa, who is also a Fox News contributor, posted on Twitter that she hand painted the wedding dress picked from the Bridal Garden, a non-profit with all proceeds going to Brooklyn Charter, a Bedford-Stuyvesant charity.
