Our fourth annual week-long roadshow finished up on Monday 13th August. Some week it was! The theme this year was EVERY LIFE MATTERS. Over the week we travelled to Derry, Letterkenny, Enniskillen, Strabane, Omagh, Coleraine and Belfast. It was an incredibly positive, uplifting response from members of the public of all different backgrounds. Despite the heartbreaking decision in the Republic's abortion referendum, we will continue to keep abortion not only illegal in Northern Ireland but to make it unthinkable. During the roadshow we launched our brand new "LOBBY FOR LIFE" campaign leaflets to encourage everyone to lobby to ensure our politicians protect the right to life for all unborn children. Our laws matter because EVERY life matters. It has never been so important for young people to speak up and stand up for the fundamental, universal right to life of every person - born and preborn. Let's continue to save mothers, babies and keep Northern Ireland abortion-free because LIFE is a HUMAN RIGHT that must always be protected and cherished. Abortion kills babies and hurts women. We must demand better. Let's save tomorrow's children TODAY and support women with real, compassionate and life-affirming choices during pregnancy!

Maria, who was part of the team said, "It was such a fantastic week with the best people. It was a complete privilege to be able to bring the truth and hope of the pro-life message to so many people throughout the six counties of the North. We received such a positive response and a lot of those we met were really glad to see young people standing up for the truth and helping to inform the public on the beautiful humanity of the unborn child and why abortion can never be the answer."

Lucy, another member of the team on the Roadshow was also delighted by the response the outreach team received: "The roadshow gave us such a great platform for reaching so many people of all ages in loads of different locations. It gave us a lot of hope that despite the tragic referendum result in the Republic of Ireland, there is a serious will to keep our pro-life laws in Northern Ireland intact. We have come away from the week with a renewed motivation and drive to continue to defend our laws and save our mothers and babies from abortion."

Gareth, another member of the 2018 Roadshow team said, "I loved every second of my time on the roadshow. It was really uplifting to receive great encouragement from a lot of people who supported our message. It was incredible to be able to have an opportunity to talk to people one-on-one about such an important human rights issue, and to watch opinions change and hearts become more receptive to the truth of the pro-life message in front of our eyes."  Anna, also on the Roashow, said: "Aside from the pro-life work that was done each day, we all loved the great times and friendships that were formed and really strengthened throughout this year's roadshow. We really have met friends for life and that's so special."

We would like to thank all of our donors and supporters who helped fund us and made this year's pro-life roadshow possible. With your help and support, we were able to bring the pro-life message across the six counties of Northern Ireland, giving out life-saving information and having conversations to change hearts and minds, and to ultimately save lives. Thank you so much to our Roadshow team, our supporters and to everyone we met!
