NI 'Human Rights' Commission fails in High Court Case to compel Secretary of State to make more abortion available.
A High Court judge has declined to compel Secretary of State Brandon Lewis to make more abortions available in Northern Ireland.
The pro-abortion NI Human Rights Commission took the judicial review case. It was taken against the Northern Ireland Executive, the Department of Health and the Northern Ireland Secretary Brandon Lewis.
This so-called ‘Human Rights’ Commission wants babies to be killed right up to the moment of birth.
The judge also dismissed claims against the Department of Health and the Executive Committee, stating, “…the court is not persuaded that a declaration should be made against the Minister for Health …In relation to the Executive committee for the reasons set out above the court does not consider that any order should be made against it."
Precious Life now demand that both Brandon Lewis and the NIHRC stop trying to force more abortion on Northern Ireland. Westminster already forced abortion on Northern Ireland through Section 9 of the NI Executive Formation Act. Precious Life will continue campaigning to repeal Section 9 and restore full legal protection for all babies in Northern Ireland.
