URGENT Action Alert: Email the Lords to stop Abortion up to BIRTH in Northern Ireland
Dear Precious Life Supporter,
Yesterday was a dark day for unborn babies and their mothers in Northern Ireland. The Westminster Parliament voted to strip the people of Northern Ireland of their democratic voice through a resounding vote to impose a cruel and extreme abortion law over the heads of the people here. We now face the very real prospect of abortion up to birth and on demand being decriminalised in Northern Ireland. Decriminalisation would mean the introduction of abortion in Northern Ireland right up to 28 weeks and more than likely up to birth and on demand without restriction. The law, if passed, would also be a first step to decriminalising abortion in England and Wales. This would mean that all protection for unborn babies will be removed and babies in the womb will be allowed to be brutally killed in abortions without any restrictions.

Last night, the House of Commons voted resoundingly in support of a horrific clause inserted into the Northern Ireland (Executive Formation) Bill by blood-thirsty Labour MP Stella Creasy, who has relentlessly attacked Northern Ireland's pro-life laws in recent years. As a result, the Westminster Parliament has promised to force abortion onto the people of Northern Ireland, despite the fact that the people of Northern Ireland have persistently voted for pro-life politicians for decades. If this evil plan goes ahead and Stormont is not functioning by the 21st October, abortion will be made legal here in Northern Ireland for any reason up to 28 weeks at least.

The Northern Ireland (Executive Formation) Bill is going into the House of Lords today. Here's what we need you to do to play your part in stopping this horrific legislation in its tracks before it's too late
1. Select some members of the House of Lords from the list below, or you can find their contact details by clicking here
2. Email the Lords with this message:
3. “Please vote against Clause 9 in the Northern Ireland (Executive Formation) Bill. This is aimed at introducing a cruel, extreme and regressive abortion law in Northern Ireland which would make abortion legal up to 28 weeks and potentially up to birth through decriminalisation. This will also likely mean full decriminalisation in England and Wales as well. This would be an unspeakable act of cruelty at a point in time when we have more advanced knowledge than ever before on the humanity of the unborn child, and at a time when an increasing majority of people seek to see time limits imposed to tackle permissive and cruel abortion laws in Britain. Further, Clause 9 is overriding the devolved settlement in Northern Ireland and treating the people of Northern Ireland and their elected representatives with contempt. This profoundly unjust legislation must be stopped."
