PRO-LIFE WEEK OF PRAYER AND ACTION
Join us for a week of prayer and action to stop Westminster's appalling and cruel abortion legislation. Stormont MUST be reconvened by THIS MONDAY (21st October) or else this radical law WILL be imposed, making abortion legal up to 7 months of pregnancy for any reason and for no reason, and potentially up to birth for babies with a disability (as is the case in Britain where 90% of unborn children with Down's Syndrome are routinely aborted).
We urgently need you to use this last week we have left of our Fight-Back Campaign to HALT this horrific legislation by getting Stormont up and running this Monday, 21st October. In order for this to happen, we need a HUGE amount of prayer and action.
CONFIRMED events so far:
- Tuesday 15th October - Friday 18th October: Leaflet drops taking place throughout every town and city throughout Northern Ireland
- Wednesday 16th October @ 7:00pm led by Fr Paddy McCafferty - Rosary Vigil for Life outside SF offices, Connolly House, 134 Andersonstown Road, Belfast, BT11 9BW
- Thursday 17th October @ 7:30pm - The Way Forward Pro-Life Conference with international keynote speaker Denise Mountenay and other powerful speakers @ Wellington Park Hotel, Belfast
- Friday 18th October - RED LETTER DAY for unborn babies in NI - We are urging you, your family and friends to contact the MLAs in your constituency and ask them to ensure Stormont is reconvened on Monday to stop Westminster's appalling abortion law being imposed. Even if you've contacted your MLAs before, we need you to BOMBARD them on this day to create an enormous level of co-ordinated public pressure
- Saturday 19th October - Rosary Vigil for LIFE at Stormont Parliament Buildings led by Fr James O'Reilly. Gathering at front gates, Upper Newtonards Road, Belfast @ 2:30pm to pray for the protection of our unborn babies
- Monday 21st October - Prayer and witness for the Protection of Northern Ireland's pro-life laws at Stormont Parliament Buildings @ 9:00am - 11:00am. Gathering at front gates, Upper Newtonards Road, Belfast
Don't miss this important week of prayer and action. Time is running out for our unborn children and this is the final chance we have to give the unborn baby a voice and to show our opposition to Westminster's abortion law. With your help and your prayer, we CAN stop this law from being forced on Northern Ireland.
