Precious Life has condemned Northern Ireland's Justice Minister - David Ford - after he announced that he is going to consult on changing the law to allow the killing of special-needs babies who may die before or shortly after birth.
“It's about building memories for the family. That baby's going to be part of the family for the rest of their lives.” Northern Ireland would do well to bring more support like this into our hospitals.
“We cannot stand idle,” he said. “We are being called even at the eleventh hour to become workers in defence of the sanctity of human life, to re-build all that the Home of Nazareth represented for those who first built this nation.”
History was made today at Stormont when Northern Ireland’s leading Pro-Life organization Precious Life, presented 35,000 Project Justice submission postcards to the Justice Committee.
