Precious Life called on Stormont to put in place alternative support services for women experiencing unintended pregnancies.
Elouise's mum Bethan Simpson, 27, from Burnham-on-Crouch, Essex, was told Elouise had spina bifida at her 20-week scan.
Ms Smyth said that the introduction of a permissive and extreme abortion regime was not in the name of the people of Northern Ireland.
Bernadette Smyth, Director of Precious Life, said the group are currently seeking legal advice to ensure this does not go ahead.
